1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is IXL Home Pty Ltd ABN 25 123 411 898 of 1K Marine Parade, Abbotsford VIC 3067 Australia (Promoter).

2. Acceptance
2.1 By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2 Entrants should retain a copy of their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase if requested may result in an entry being deemed invalid.
3. Promotion
3.1 The promotion is called the IXL Home 2026 Winter Promotion (Promotion).
3.2 The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
3.3 The Promotion is not available in the Australian Capital Territory. ACT residents are not eligible to enter or win, and purchases made in the ACT do not qualify for entry.
4. Promotion Period

4.1 Purchases must be made during the Promotion Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in an Australian State or Territory other than the Australian Capital Territory.
5.2 Entry is not open to:
- (a)residents of the Australian Capital Territory;
- (b)residents of countries other than Australia;
- (c)persons under 18 years of age;
- (d)directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter;
- (e)directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of any agencies, service providers or prize suppliers directly associated with the Promotion; and
- (f)immediate family members of the persons referred to in clauses 5.2(d) and 5.2(e).
5.3 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, immediate family member means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, step-parent, step-child, step-sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

6.2 Each product listed in clause 6.1 is an Eligible Product.
6.3 The Promoter may reject an entry if the receipt provided does not clearly identify the Eligible Product purchased, the date of purchase, the place of purchase, and the amount paid.
2. How to Enter
7.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- (a)purchase an Eligible Product from an authorised Australian retailer or reseller (excluding any located in the ACT); and
- (b)register their purchase via www.ixlappliances.com.au/tastic-promo.html together with a clear photograph or scanned copy of their purchase receipt and follow the entry instructions.
7.2 The entry must include the entrant's:
- (a)first name;
- (b)last name;
- (c)email address;
- (d)contact phone number;
- (e)residential postcode; and
- (f)purchase receipt showing the Eligible Product purchased, date of purchase, place of purchase and transaction details.
7.3 One valid purchase of an Eligible Product gives the entrant one entry into the Promotion.
7.4 If a receipt shows the purchase of multiple Eligible Products in a single transaction, the entrant will receive one entry for each Eligible Product shown on that receipt.
7.5 If an entrant makes multiple separate purchases of Eligible Products during the Promotion Period, the entrant may submit multiple entries, provided each entry relates to a separate Eligible Product purchase and is supported by a valid purchase receipt.
7.6 Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter's system, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
7.7 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, fraudulent, misleading, duplicated or otherwise non-compliant with these terms and conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
8. Prize Details

8.4 Each prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except at the Promoter's discretion or where required by law.
8.5 If a prize, or any part of a prize, becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
8.6 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming, collecting, accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Draw and Winner Selection

9.2 Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
9.3 The first five valid entries drawn will each win one prize.
9.4 An entrant may win more than one prize if the entrant submitted multiple valid entries and more than one of those entries is drawn.
9.5 The Promoter may draw reserve entries and record them in order in case a drawn entry is later found to be invalid, the entrant is ineligible, or a prize is unclaimed.
10. Winner Notification
10.1 Winners will be notified within 7 days after the draw using the contact details provided at entry, including by email and/or phone.
10.2 If the Promoter elects to publish winner details, the winners' names and State or Territory of residence may be published on the Promoter's website or social media platforms on or after 7 September 2026.
10.3 By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's name and State or Territory of residence for the purpose of announcing the winners and administering the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Prize Claim and Delivery
11.1 Winners must respond to the Promoter's notification and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
11.2 The Promoter may require a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residential address and proof of purchase before awarding a prize.
11.3 Prizes will be delivered to the winner at an Australian address (on mainland Australia or mainland Tasmania) as nominated by the winner, provided that the address is not located in the Australian Capital Territory.
11.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or damage occurring in transit to the extent permitted by law.
11.5 If a winner does not provide the information reasonably required for prize delivery within the required period, the Promoter may treat the prize as unclaimed.
12. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
12.1 A prize may be treated as unclaimed if:
- (a)the winner does not respond to the Promoter's winner notification within 14 days after notification;
- (b)the winner does not provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility or arrange delivery within the time requested by the Promoter;
- (c)the winner is found to be ineligible; or
- (d)the winner has submitted an invalid entry.
12.2 If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may award the prize to the next valid reserve entry drawn under clause 9.5.
12.3 If no reserve entry is available, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at 1.00pm AEST on 22 September 2026 at 1K Marine Parade, Abbotsford VIC 3067, Australia.
12.4 Any redraw winner will be notified within 7 days after the redraw using the contact details provided at entry.
13. Personal Information
13.1 In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information from entrants. This may include the entrant's name, email address, phone number, residential postcode, purchase details and receipt information.
13.2 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available at www.ixlhome.com.au/privacy-policy.
13.3 The Promoter collects, holds and uses personal information for the purposes of:
- (a)administering the Promotion;
- (b)verifying entrant identity and eligibility;
- (c)verifying proof of purchase;
- (d)contacting entrants and winners;
- (e)delivering prizes;
- (f)maintaining business records; and
- (g)sending marketing and promotional communications about the Promoter's products, services, offers and events by email, SMS or other electronic means, to the extent permitted by law.
13.4 By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to receiving marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter, to the extent permitted by law.
13.5 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the relevant communication or by contacting the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy.
13.6 Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
14. Verification and Disqualification
14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including by requesting proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residential address and proof of purchase.
14.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- (a)breaches these terms and conditions;
- (b)tampers with the entry process;
- (c)submits an invalid, misleading, duplicated or fraudulent entry;
- (d)submits a receipt that has been altered, copied, forged, reused or otherwise manipulated;
- (e)returns or cancels the purchase of the Eligible Product after submitting an entry;
- (f)is unable to provide adequate proof of purchase; or
- (g)engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
14.3 Errors and omissions may be accepted or rejected by the Promoter acting reasonably.
15. Technical Issues and Conduct of Promotion
15.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries due to technical disruption, email delivery failure, network congestion, equipment malfunction, human error or any other reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
15.2 If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or other disruption, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, or disqualify affected entries or entrants, as appropriate.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, including any consumer guarantee, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.1, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or any prize, including as a result of incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunction, unauthorised intervention, theft or alteration of entries, or the use of a prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct or otherwise as required by law.
16.3 If a prize includes or consists of goods or services supplied by a third party, that prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party supplier or manufacturer.
16.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party, or for any loss, damage, defect, fault, delay, restriction, cancellation, unavailability or failure relating to any prize supplied by a third party.
17. General
17.1 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
17.2 A failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down to the extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.4 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YETI. Any reference to YETI is for prize identification purposes only. Entrants release YETI from all liability arising in connection with the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
18.2 Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
