1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the IXL Tastic Promotion promoted by IXL Home Pty Ltd (ABN 25 123 411 898) ("The Promoter").
This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other promotions.
2. Duration
The promotional period commences at 12.00am on 1 April 2024 and closes at 11.59pm on 30 June 2024 (AEST). Your purchase of a selected TASTIC 3 IN 1 BATHROOM HEAT VENT & LIGHT RANGE and VENTFLO ventilation product must have occurred during the promotional window. Your entry must be received by the Promoter no later than the closing time of the promotional window.
3. Who can participate
Any Australian citizen or resident over the age of eighteen (18) who purchases a selected TASTIC 3 IN 1 BATHROOM HEAT VENT & LIGHT RANGE and VENTFLO product in-store or online between 1st April and 30th June 2024. Proof of Purchase must be retained.
4. How to participate
To participate simply purchase any applicable product from the TASTIC 3 IN 1 BATHROOM HEAT VENT & LIGHT RANGE and VENTFLO range (see below), register your product on www.ixlappliances.com.au/tastic-promo.html including first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, date of purchase, place of purchase, your proof of purchase and write a description (in 25 words or less) as instructed on the website, on how you will utilise your Tastic or Ventflo purchase in your bathroom renovation or make over.

- One model equates to one entry. You cannot register the same model more than once. Maximum number of entries is 41. Proof of purchase must be supplied. If you breach this clause, you must return any prize awarded to you or payment of its value to us on our demand.
- The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of the entry and purchase receipt, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Any entries made with a stolen, forged, unrecognised or tampered with proof of purchase will be deemed void.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. Judging
- The Promoter will review all entries and select one (1) winner that best describe how they will utilise their Tastic or Ventflo product in their bathroom renovation or makeover.
- All entries will be reviewed and judged at IXL Home Pty Ltd, 1K Marine Parade, Abbotsford, Vic 3067 on 3 July 2024.
- The winners will be notified by telephone or in writing on 5 July 2024 and their names will be published and announced on Facebook and Instagram 8 July 2024. The Promotor will ask for the winners' contact details including name, contact telephone number, email address, home postcode, delivery address.
- Judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Consent to use entry
By participating in this promotion, each participant acknowledges and consents to the Promotor using their name, image, creative work, likeness, quote or any other form of intellectual property submitted for any purpose, including for marketing and promotional purposes anywhere in the world and in any form of media. The Promotor will use this information in accordance with its privacy policy, the Privacy Act and any other applicable laws.
7. Prize
The Promoter will select one (1) winner to win a Myer eGift Card valued at $5000 (including GST). The prize will be divided into ten (10) Myer eGift Cards valued at $500 (including GST) each. Each of eGift Cards can be used in store or online in Australia and mainland Tasmania.
8. Prize conditions
Winners must provide proof of purchase to receive their prize. This prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. Taxes
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner.
10. Unclaimed Prizes
In the instance of an unclaimed prize alternative winner(s) will be announced on 2 August 2024 at IXL Home, 1K Marine Parade, Abbotsford, VIC 3067 at 12pm (AEST). If the prize remains unclaimed again for a period fourteen days, the prize will be deem forfeited and no further winners will be announced.
11. Tampering and other matters
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reasons beyond our control including without limitation any impact that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, or any impact that prejudices normal retails activities, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. Limitation of liability
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. General
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- This promotion is not being conducted in connection or partnership with Myer. The promoter will be purchasing the winner’s selected gift card as an independent, unrelated customer of such business.
